Turning Mountains of Documents into Case Strength

A large production looks impressive until you try to use it. Bates ranges without inventory, PDFs without reliable metadata, and media files without context create the illusion of disclosure while hiding the work that would actually move a case.

The remedy is not reading harder. It is building structure: inventory every file, extract what the container will give you, surface anomalies, and keep findings tied to the documents that support them. Once that substrate exists, the production stops being a pile and starts being evidence.

Tools help, but only when they serve the litigation question. The goal is not a prettier binder. The goal is a record you can interrogate—and a set of facts counsel can act on.
